        Felton walk is behind Big Mamas Laundry and the carwash. Like directly behind it. That area has a lot of foot traffic and is not the ideal place for those types of homes. I think you will see 6 people living on one town hose trying to make the payment. We bought from SD in Woodstock in a very nice neigborhood when they cared about customer service. Now you cant get a call back and they will cancel your appt without notice. They dont have the staff to operate properly in Cartersville And all their subdivisions are not staffed. They are a money making machine now. I would not recommend it. The houses used to be so,idly built but we also paid a lot of money for ours and they did not have a shower door.
