Place is fine for a night or two but I would not have enjoyed it for longer than that. The biggest problem is something out of their control - the interstate noise. The lighting in our room was horrible, not enough lights or not bright enough. The area by the closet had no light at all. Water pressure at the sink was poor. Breakfast is simple as can be, smallest eating area I've ever been in at a hotel. Not enough staff; needed a refill on the hand soap in our room and the only person available to ask did not know how to do it.

Rooms are updated and plenty of space. Comfy beds. Stay on the top floor facing the highway. If you are a light sleeper the road noise is higher than normal.It didn't bother me.Free breakfast was good to save money. It does have ev hook up for your electric vehicle in two places. Overall recommend the place if you are passing thru for a decent night's rest.

Zero stars should be given. We used a third party site to book this hotel. A positive review regarding hot breakfast helped us to select this hotel over neighboring hotel even with a slight higher cost for reservation. We arrived exhausted from a long day of travel & enjoying an amusement park at 11:00. The front desk said that our 2 queen bed room had been given to someone else since we had not arrived before 9:00. She also said that our queen room was not cleaned by maid service prior to our arrival-- which was late. She had a handicap king room with a sleeper sofa available, but for me to check the room to make sure it would accommodate us (2 adults, 2 children--9 & 12 yrs old and tall for age children). The room did not have a sofa at all and would not work. The woman explained that we would not be charged for OUR cancelation-- again their mistake. I requested assistance in finding alternate accommodations for my tired family and was denied. The following morning I discovered we had paid for the room 5 days before the check-in date. I called the third party and they were unable to refund until confirmation with hotel and it will be nearly 2 weeks to process refund. Customer service with Best Western was unable to assist since booked through a third party. However, best western double booked and received money that put a family out for the night. Noteworthy details: Poor customer service that left a family without a place to stay after reservations were paid for.
