Often Hard to get help here.
Bought 2 year protection plan - advertised to me as an easy swap if anything breaks. The motor caught fire - Now Im told I must find a ryobi repair shop to get it fixed b/c its under product warranty still and the Home Depot protection plan only goes into effect AFTER that warranty expires. So much for convenience. Wont be purchasing anymore protection plans from here.

This place is misleading. Husband wanted a specific Ryobi backpack leaf blower and it said on the website that this location had 1 in stock. We went to the store but couldn't find the 1 in stock the website claimed was here. Asked an associate about it and she wasn't able to locate the 1 in stock either. She asked another associate who stated the "1 in stock" was the display model and they don't sell the display models. This is misleading as the website and app saying "1 in stock at this location" insinuates that they have 1 in the store that can be sold to customers. Apparently that's not the case with them.

3rd time having a run in with Heather and her bad attitude and the amount of unwillingmlness to help the customer is silly. I will take my shopping for the business to Lowe's from here on out. Do better home Depot there will not be a 4th
