Just got a Stihl BR 450 blower from this place and I'm so thankful I went to this particular store and not any other place. The staff including the owner were beyond great! Chad was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in showing and demonstrating how the blower works and giving me tips on how to maintain it properly....thank you Chad! Customer service at it's finest.

some of the employees apear 'normal'.. I always got strange looks in there so I stopped going.. had only been there 4or5 times sincing moving to cartersville.. so no love lost.. then one day in dec 2023.. I didnt want to drive to HD or lowes and ace was closer... smh... shoulda stayed away.. one of these GOD fearing 'patriot' cowards punctured my tire in the parking lot.. went to discount tire and of course it couldnt be patched.. only replaced(side wall puncture)...so $271 later.. I learned my lesson... I spent 23yrs in the army.. so im catching up to ws rules in the civilian world.. thanks ace hardware and your customers for the lesson..got it.

Feeling ignored at low-staffed, big box home improvement stores? Ace is the place to go ! They are friendly & helpful- good small town, old fashioned customer service. AND they had the obscure small part I couldn't find at those other stores. AND they have things you wouldn't expect to find in a "hardware" store- home items, canning, cleaning supplies, even small gift items.

I love this Ace! Im literally trying to come up with something I need for my house just to have a reason to go back. The associates here are the best. They are so nice and helpful. They really go above and beyond. One guy, I believe his name is Kaylor (I could be wrong but its close to that), was awesome. The lady that checked me out was also so nice and made my 4 year olds day with an offer of fresh popcorn. Truly the best hardware store based solely on the people. I cant wait to go back.

This is my happy place. They have folks who are ready, willing and able to help you find whatever you're looking for. This location is well staffed and they are friendly as well as knowledgeable. Check here before you head to Home Depot or Lowes.
