Folks, do not get your prescriptions from here. Use a local pharmacy. I switched to West End pharmacy and my monthly prescription bill dropped by $300. Go to a place that works for you, not a store that only cares about increasing its revenue.

Every single time I call the pharmacy Im on hold for no less than 30 mins. When someone finally does come to the phone, most of them are nice minus a couple with attitudes that seem bothered by having to speak to someone. They NEVER have the medicine Im waiting for. As Im writing this review Im hold going on 15 mins. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. I am from out of town visiting relative when I had the dubious task of using this pharmacy. It was later in the day on a Sunday the prescription was called in. Since this was a 24 hour pharmacy, it was one of the few options. My wife called the pharmacy after getting the prescription to validate insurance information and availability of the prescription an hour and a half be fore we arrived at the pharmacy to expedite the process. Upon arrival the prescription was not ready. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait. 45 minutes later we are still waiting on our childs medication. I would not recommend this pharmacy. Use at your own peril.

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone nor has half your medications. Always back logged and never know when they will get the shipment. Blahhhh

This is, by far, the worst pharmacy in Cartersville. Tonight marks the third time I've been told an hour wait for a prescription for my toddler only to come back long after that hour (because they are never on time with estimates) only to be told that they do not have any stock of a typically easy to find medication. Does their phone not work? If you stand in the store long enough, you'll hear it ringing off the hook because no one ever answers it, so I know it works. Can you not call and say "Hey, we don't have this medicine. Would you like us to transfer it to another pharmacy?" Absolutely zero customer service. Bye, bye big box. We're going local and should have a long time ago. Because tonight my baby is still waiting for an hour-long promised prescription 4 1/2 hours later.
