        I have given this place more than one chance!!! **#1- I was a customer early on when first opened and tried to get a lay away ( which they just started offering . Well because it was only clothes I wanted they refused . I explained that my son was a Marine and I wasnt sure exactly when Id pick up , no longer than a month , didnt care, very rude lady at counter still refused . **#2- I purchased a window air conditioner unit new in a box . Was assured it was new! However, was told that they didnt do refunds . Ok I can get that a fairly new business may be limited to refund capabilities. Well, I got air conditioner home and it didnt work for more than 5 minutes and would never start to even cool. Paid 125.00 took it back to store within an hour and again rude lady wouldnt even give a store credit!! I was floored ! And pissed ! I am 100% sure that they knew ahead of time ac units were faulty ! Its just not the way I want to be treated as a customerya know ? Do NOT RECOMMEND this is the store located next to Harbor Freight by the Tennessee St. And 41 exchange . So I know I have the correct store but nice try to try to dodge this review .

        Nothing like the photos. Its more like a junk store! There is no furniture. Some of the decor is cute, but most of it is reselling Junk items for the same price you pay at Walmart

      Hello Sherry,I'm sorry, but you're leaving a bad review for the wrong business. You stated that we're fairly new, but we've been here for 14 years and as far as the AC unit we haven't had an AC unit in this store for many years. Please make sure you have the correct business next time before bashing a company on the internet. Thank you! Have a great dayEDITED::: Well I will start this by saying if you were a customer when we started offering layaway then you're correct, we more than likely DID REFUSE your items to be put on layaway as every customer knew we ONLY OFFERED LAYAWAY FOR FURNITURE!!!! We did not have space to store small items and that's why we NEVER offered that, but I'm sure you knew that and for some reason you've decided to wanna be a petty Karen. ( what a shame)Again...the AC, I have no clue what you're talking about. We haven't sold an AC unit in here in a very long time. IF we did sell you this such item and something was wrong with it, you're again correct, we don't do refunds, but we also would NEVER tell you that we wouldn't give you a store credit. We are not bad people and we don't just do people wrong. We test everything that can be plugged in unless its sealed then we don't open the box.

      Hi Julia, I'm sorry you had a bad experience shopping with us. We also carry only new items which aren't junk items. The photos you're referring to, are old furniture photos on google which need to be updated. We actually never price our items at store prices so I'm not too sure where that's coming from and everyone else seems to be happy with our prices, but again I'm sorry you weren't satisfied shopping here at Kings resale. I hope you have a fabulous day!
