Very helpful and honest. I went to several stores to try to get my tablet fixed. Several places quoted me ridiculously high prices. This was the only places to honestly explain why the cost was high, and recommend to replace the tablet versus repairing. (it was not just that the screen was cracked but the device was bent) Thank you

My daughter needed a screen, so she purchased one off line and had someone put it on. She got the phone back and it wouldnt even power on, she had already spent nearly $100 dollars at this point. She saw this phone place and stop by just to ask a couple of questions. She went in, explained, the guy named Chris, took her phone, told her to come back in about 25 mins, we left and came back the phone was working perfectly, she asked how much she owed and he shook his head, which was more of a blessing than he couldve ever known. Times are hard for everyone right now, he couldve easily ripped her off, she wouldve never known, so I just want to let everyone know, if you need a phone repaired and by someone you can touch, Chris is your man! Thanks for everything Chris!
