Mandy Baxter did an amazing job with my hair, as can be seen in the pictures. She was very meticulous and knowledgeable in the IBE method from the initial consultation to the follow-up appointment. Mandy ensures that your natural hair is always protected and that you have a safe grow-out. I even signed a contract, promising to brush my hair twice a day, which shows how serious she is about her work! If you want gorgeous, long, and healthy hair, she is my only recommendation.

If youre looking to get extensions, especially IBE extensions, Mandy is your girl!! Mandy is very professional! Super sweet!! Such a good listener, and makes sure that you walk out of her salon happy and with healthy hair! If I could leave a 10 star review, I would.

I was looking to get hair extensions but had no idea where to go or what type of extensions were going to be non-damaging to my natural hair. After extensive research I found Mandy Baxter who was listed as one of the most qualified IBE extension stylist in the areashe did NOT disappoint ! After my initial consultation I knew without a doubt this was going to be a great experienceshe requested pictures of length, cut and color I was looking for and meticulously picked the extensions that were exactly what I had envisioned. I have send pictures to stylists in the past but no one has been as spot on as Mandy. The color was perfect (balayage) she blended the extensions into my natural hair flawlessly. The extensions are not heavy, she gives exact care instructions with videos and is always available to answer any questions. This was by far worth the investment and a major confidence booster. I highly recommend Mandy-you will NOT be disappointed!

Soooo, I decided in April or early part of May to take break from my extensions. But I found myself back in the chair of Mandys at Baxter Hair Co. and once again she killed!! Not that I wouldve expected anything less. I absolutely love my hair, love being in her chair catching up. Someone who takes pride in their work and what they do clearly shows, not just on me but on every client she has. Im blessed beyond measures to have her in my life.
