Well it all depends on whos my direct agent..first of all i created an insurance policy on the 5th of October and it is the 12th today and my insurance and still not showing active on the Georgia state website. Ive called several times to the carterville ga location and no one know whats the issue. At first they said check back in 24 hours, then it was 48 hours then 72 hours. It is now 7 days later and still no changes have been made. Lastly, an agent is telling me I have to e-sign documents when I already e-signed everything. When they tell me I havent, I say re-send the link so I can sign whatever, I get a pin, put it in, and it says all of your documents have been signed already, have a good day. I went through this multiple times already and I dont know what to do at this point.
