        In March 2022, this company failed to engrave two Jewerly boxes for me. I dropped off 3 weeks in advance and was assured the Jewerly boxes would be finished. I followed up by phone 3 times and stopped by the store twice and was lied to each time. On the final day of pick up I was told that they got too busy to complete. Do not use this store. Unprofessional and do not deliver.

        Mike and Ricky did a great job tinting and applying stripes/decals on my Jeep. The entire staff was friendly and treated me like family. Definitely going back to Image for my next project.

        I wanted to deal with a local shop and hired Janice to do some hats , polos and sweater I paid in full late September. She said it would take two weeks and she would have them ready. After the two weeks of not hearing from her I called her and she said she was waiting on some apparel to arrive , after chasing her around I got half the order Later she said it would take a couple more weeks because her embroidery lady was behind, then she said her embroidery lady and her were sick After a week passed I requested a full refund . Well today late November she gave me the digitizing fee only and the hats and shirt I had order with no embroidery on them. I would NOT recommend this business , being I a local small business owner myself. Its a shame I have to give this review but she did an awful job. She did not give me a full refund nor the order she originally said she would have ready for me. I hope this review helps someone stay away from this shop. I could post a picture of all txts back and forth but I chose not to put of respect. Att Roy
