        First they doubled the price with no warning then I had thousands of dollars worth of furniture, irreplaceable pictures, kids crafts, electronics, almost everything in the unit water damaged and destroyed by rats. Woman at the desk said she had never heard of them covering the cost for damages. Probably best to find a more reputable storage solution.

      We sincerely apologize for the poor experience you have had at our storage facility. As new owners who took over just a few months ago, we are working hard to turn things around and provide a clean, secure facility for all our tenants.As part of our efforts to improve conditions, we have scheduled comprehensive pest control treatment of the entire facility. We are also repairing units and enhancing security measures like lighting and cameras.However this is unacceptable. Please contact us directly so we can determine the best way to resolve this.
