        I recently had an experience with this brokerage involving agent Destiny Pearson that was disappointing. There were significant communication issues and delays that adversely affected our transaction. Professional standards and clear information were lacking, leading to the loss of a potential buyer. This experience has led us to consider further actions due to the negative impact on our dealings. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in service and communication for future clients.

      Destiny Pearson represented her buyer very thoroughly. Her client made an offer and you countered offer. The buyer felt very uncomfortable with multiple contacts from you, so they decided to stop the process. No matter how many times you call and state the same position, the facts didn't change. I strongly disagree that Destiny or our firm was lacking in the communication process. She is an outstanding agent - kind, courteous, competent and professional. I'm sorry you felt the need to air your position in this matter in such a public forum. We explained the contract process to you several times trying to help you understand.
