I appreciate everyone during my eye exam who helped Dr. S. Boeying. You exemplified good customer service. You were polite and professional. You were patient with my exam to make sure I could see as clearly as possible. You explained my visit and you answered questions.You made sure my needs were met. You helped me choose my glasses and you were honest enough to let me know what frames looked nice for me. You listened when I told you that I stand up to use my computer and you went above and beyond to make necessary corrections to my glasses. All of You know who you are. Wow! It's nice to still have people who work together to care about what they do to make the difference . You keep making the difference !!!! Thank you everyone.

Pearl Vision is the best! Their staff is so nice and helpful, especially Mrs. Rhonda! She was so kind and helped me find a new frame that I love. She made the process so quick and easy. She really made my experience a great one!

Had an appt at 4:00pm. At 5:30pm, finally got tired of waiting and left. never received any services. Very poor customer service if you cant maintain the schedule, dont waste ppls time and overbook the optometrist! This place doesnt put the customers need as a priority.
