DON'T GO. Long wait times just to make you feel like you are rushed out. Personally given an incorrect diagnosis that caused panic and confusion before learning that they were mistaken after checking the results myself on MyChart. Given the run around while trying to figure it out, as well. I had to speak with a THIRD separate nurse that I had never met in order for her to confirm a mistake was made. I was then treated as if it was my own confusion/fault.

This office truly does not care. I was suffering from a miscarriage and had severe symptoms but because they couldn't verify my insurance and I couldn't pay out of pocket same day i was refused care, later on in the week I found out I had internal bleeding. Also was given a shorter birth control prescription so I would have to

They are all typically very sweet, theres just this one nurse named chelsie that is such a rude person overall. She will Interupt you && etc. I told her I felt like her tone was harsh && she was being rude && she said well Im not, sooo. After I told her that she shouldnt take her bad day out on me she said Im actually having an amazing day, so you dont know what youre talking about overall I get that having a lot of patients or speaking to people may get tiring, but, being rude to people because you cant be professional or because you picked the wrong profession isnt my fault. They can also be very slow with things, so you will need to call && confirm things, you may have to call other places as well because they will not do that. Once you do all of that though, you typically get an appointment within a month or so. I hate to leave reviews, this is actually my first,, but I feel like theres sometimes entitlement && arguing with a patient after it took her a month to figure out why she still hasnt gotten her iud is insane.
