Please do not waste your money here this place lack customer service by the guest service manager Alyssa. She is very rude and unprofessional she got very defensive when one of her team members advised us that our room would be ready at a certain time. I never had anyone treat me the way she did very unprofessional.No apology no accommodations no empathy. Nothing we took our services to the Hinton. Not to mention she said to me find you somewhere else to stay what type of MANAGER says this to a customer. She needs to be removed from this leadership position if she doesnt know how to treat guests. She has no training what so ever! I will never return here nor I would never recommend anyone to this place.

My room was clean and comfortable. My TV was missing a HDMI cord and wouldn't work, however, the excellent employee working the front desk went out of her way to bring one to me and hook it up. I'm sorry I only remember her name started with a D. The problem I had in room 305 was that the tub filled up with water when I took a shower so I was standing in water ankle deep. Also flo from the shower head was either scalding hot or ice cold I could not seem to find anything in between. My coworker in the room next door had the same issue. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel.

Very nice hotel; however the TV remote was not programmed for the tv. The shower was either burning hot or freezing cold. They also dont take rewards number when business is paying for the trip.

One of the worst holiday inns Ive ever stayed it. I requested a standard two bed room and they put me in a handicap two bed room, and when I asked the front desk staff to move me they claimed that they were booked up for the night. The pillows in my room had stains all over them. The door mechanism kept messing up and they wouldnt do anything to fix it. I decided to take the stairs one day and there were food splattered all on the wall. I also found dead cockroaches in the stairwell. I requested extra pillows before I check in and I did not receive them, also the clock did not have batteries in it.
