They may do wonderful work, but Ill never know. They were supposed to do a grapevine wreath for me. I was asked to wait till after Valentines Day, which I did. Here we are Easter weekend and they still have not completed my wreath.

We placed a flower order directly on the Mountain Oak Florist website for delivery on 3/1/24. They were never delivered, so I called today (3 days later) to find out what happened. It took them 20 minutes to find the order, and said they cancelled it because it was out of their delivery area. They blamed it on Flower Shop Network that we were not notified. I don't even know who that is or how they are connected. We will not use them again and they could not care less.

Did a fantastic job with arrangement for Mom's service, delivered on time and flowers were just what I ordered.... thanks so much Ms Nancy!

Ordered a presentation bouquet for my daughter and while it was beautiful, despite putting them in water they were dead the next day. Awfully steep price for 6 roses and filler flowers especially if they dont make it 12 hours. Very disappointing because I have seen pretty amazing things from this place.
