        Fairly good selection and you can find some reasonable prices. Staff is mostly friendly when you can find them.

        Not sure if my issue is with Belk or Clinique. I went there to specifically get a free gift with purchase through Clinique. The free gift was supposed to include a free full size moisturizer. When I checked out, I was told they were out of the moisturizer that came as the free gift with purchase. They gave me two tiny samples instead, a fraction of what I shouldve received. I noticed that they actually had the full size moisturizer in their counter but they refused to give it to me even though I spent the required amount to receive it. They said they ran out of the free ones that go in the gift and the ones in the counter are for sale. In my opinion, you should receive a free full size (as advertised) if there is one available in the store. Theres no difference in the one that comes as a free gift and the one youre selling in the counter. Poor customer service.
