        I went to Park Street Dental for 7 years and never had an issue. Now its Sage Dental, a corporate dental office. I will not be returning. My appointment started off with new faces and no introduction. Then tried to have me sign for charges for my bi-annual cleaning that my insurance covers. They were adding services that my insurance doesnt cover without asking me. Then the dentist wasnt even there to complete my dental exam and I was asked to make another appointment to come back for the dentist to examine my teeth. Nopenot happeningIm sure they just even more money. I dont like feeling Im not receiving adequate care and I dont like feeling that you are trying to get my money. Good bye Sage Dental.

        Second time at this office and we will never be back. Doors were locked at our appointment time and when we were finally let inside we still waited over a half hour to be seen for a cleaning. We were rescheduled to come in for this visit because the dr would be out of town for our original appointment. Lo and behold no dr was there today either. Not only did she have her teeth cleaned but it was with no doctor present. This location would be a fantastic place for a dental practice.

      I'm sorry that your Sage Dental experience wasn't what we hoped it would be. Yes, we have changed owners and now we are a corporate practice. We have more to offer patients now regarding their dental care and services. When we see a patient, we diagnose treatment based on the patient's needs not what the insurance covers. Some procedures we can legally do without a dentist in the office. I would love to address the issues and get some resolution for you. Again, we are sorry you didn't have the experience we were aiming for.
