        terrible community and communication with residents. Work orders are neglected for MONTHS. Homes are growing mold, appliances are broken, homes are dirty. Homeless people scoter the neighborhood, there is trash all over the grounds, management seems as if they could care less. Moved into a dirty bedroom that had not been repaired, painted or cleaned. On move in day there was SOMEONE LIVING IN MY BEDROOM and I had to call the office to get these issues fixed. Worst place in Carrollton and my worst mistake by signing a lease.

Multiple vendors have been out to your apartment with the latest issues you have brought to us and maintenance has been out to your apartment numerous times to have your concerns addressed.
