I cannot speak for this companys quality of work but I can speak of lack of communication. I put in a request for a consult and was quickly responded to set up a day. Mike came out the following day as well as their tree contractor the following day . Up until that point communication was very prompt , but after that I heard nothing for 7 days . I was told it would be the following Tuesday that I should receive the design proposal. I heard nothing so I reached out to Mike with multiple messages and never got a response . Then I proceeded to call the actual company but had to leave a message . I eventually got an email by the end of the day after waiting a week to hear something . The email was fairly vague and basically stating they couldnt take on the protect . Was never given any actual reason. My problem isnt they were unable to do the project my problem is my time was wasted. A response or follow up or some kind would have been appreciated rather than being ignored for days . Everyone I spoke with and met at my home was very nice but follow up was very poor.

Clearly "Heather" didn't read my review, referring to my "small job" which I had already said was a large job that was too big for them. I'd be wary, and recommend that you be as well, but I realize that in this day and age it is difficult to get anyone to show up to do a job -- there is plenty of work available and few people willing to do them, so businesses like this can cherry-pick which gigs they want to work. Which is fine, there isn't anything wrong with that. So if you can get them to come out and do the job, cool. I'd be curious to hear about your experience either way.
