Kevin is super knowledgable and knows all the tricks of the trade. He made the house buying process very simple and easy. He is able to point out a lot of the pitfalls in buying a home. He listens to his clients, and provides the facts needed to make smart decisions. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

Kevin is knowledgeable about the real estate industry and was fantastic at guiding us through the process. What I really appreciate is that he let us make the decisions. He explained the options, told us potential outcomes (if they were fairly predictable) and was honest when the outcome was uncertain. His pricing strategy was realistic and effective. I also very much appreciate his long range approach to being his clients' real estate agent.
