The process was laid out perfectly to allow flow of understanding while signing and the personable environment presented from Jack was perfect and removed any remaining signing anxiety I may have had.         Just closed with Jack and it was as good as it gets. Jack explained everything well to my client and made the closing an easy experience for all involved! One thing I did want to mention that meant a lot to me was about Lisa. She answered every single phone call I put in to her company during the process and that alone deserves a mention. I cant tell you how hard it is to get people to answer their phone and when a crucial piece of the pie is on the ball, everyone wins! Thank you Lisa!!! Dan
