There are few thing I could say profound enough to express my gratitude for Darrell Clarke. Hes an incredible realtor who guided the missus and I on the journey to our dream home. Hes kind, patient, and above all else a great laugh. Hes professional and immensely knowledgeable and was so prepared every step of the way that the process of buying a house, starting initially from across the country, was a complete breeze. We couldnt be happier with our experience with Darrell Clarke. He not only helped us buy our new house, he also helped us sell our old one. Every step of the way Darrell was professional and extremely prepared for each house viewing we did. His 23+ years of experience really helped us narrow in on exactly what we wanted in our new home and on a couple of occasions, helped steer us away from a bad decision during the height of the house buying craziness. His attention to detail was so helpful when it came to presenting us with facts and figures for each house/area we looked at.
Darrell was equally professional and helpful when it came to marketing our previous home. He expanded our exposure to a number of listing sites, gave us great advice for staging, finding the right price for our market, hired a very talented photographer for our listing, and followed up with each agent that brought a client to our house.
We had our former home sold in a time frame that worked perfectly for us and at a price were very happy with.
One of the most important aspects about Darrells work ethic that I can relay is that he truly loves what he does and goes the extra mile to help his clients find the home they will love.

It has been SUCH a pleasure to work with Darrell, not only once, but twice (so far). Darrell really came through for us and found us our perfect first home in a market where the struggle was REAL. He was such a delight and so patient and kind. We knew we had to use his services again upon selling my father in law's condo, and it sold almost immediately. He was simply just a pleasure to work with and we feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon him online. We would recommend him a thousand times over.
