I had never gone through a car accident before and not knowing what direction to take after a year struggling on my own with the insurance company not getting anywhere I reach out to Jon Pope office . From the first time I met with Jon and his team Heidi through the end the customer service was exceptional. You always felt they were like a family member going through this hard time with you right by your side.
