Walmart Auto Care Centers

Ordered 4 tires and scheduled install. An hour before my appointment, I get an email saying my order was cancelled. Took the day off, so showed up anyway. They had no information or anything to tell me.

I bought 2 tires, and got an oil change. They got my car in literally within minutes. Their customer service was excellent. I will definitely go back again!

I am giving the shop a 2/5 because i waited in the shop waiting area for two and a half hours to get two tires put on my truck. That was with an appointment! I cant imagine how long you would have to wait without an appointment. Sure, I saved $40.00 here, but I would have gladly paid the additional $40.00 to not have to wait in the uncomfortable shop frustrated with the lack of updates and and two and a half hour wait. If I were you, I would pay the extra money to go down the road to a local tire shop. Youll get much better attention there. I gave them a 2/5 because the tires did end up on my truck eventually and there were no installation issues.
