Not seen them very long and already have problemsThey have no email, no patient portal, are only open 4 days, with limit phone times in the morning (which they do not answer even then). Had two emergencies and the hospital couldnt even get ahold of them. This is not the practice for you if you need an involved team or doctor or like being able to get ahold of someone easily.

Dr. Jason Berner is the BEST endocrinologist in GA & his staff is also amazing. I've been seeing him for years for my two health issues & he is impeccable, wise, kind, caring, and attentive. He is on top of the latest treatments, and has the best personality of any physician I've ever met. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Susan Ristau

Dr. Berner is knowledgeable as well as friendly, caring, unhurried and attentive; an unusual combination when it comes to a medical specialist. He makes me feel very comfortable and I really appreciate that. His staff are also all extremely kind and pleasant.

I have been going to GA MTN ENDO since 2017. I have had to get prescriptions resent and felt rushed sometimes but other than that it wasnt terrible or worse than any other office and I have never had an issue with the customer service from the medical assistants UNTIL TODAY! ABSOLUTELY RUDE! Jazzy, Sassy, uncalled for behavior. I seen someone else already wrote a review a week ago as well! I am switching Dr offices but current patients or future BEWARE! I believe the ladies name was Nichole. Makes a hard situation of dealing with the lifestyle of being type 1 diabetic even harder by adding unnecessary stress and unprofessional attitude. When you were just trying to get your answers for ratios/ etc Acts as if shes doing you a courtesy for doing her job with a little attitude and sass! I asked to speak to the Dr directly she said she may or may not call me

Ive been seeing Dr Berner for about 4 years and he is FANTASTIC!! However I have lost complete faith in his medical assistant and office manager. I tried for months to get approved for a medication I needed and was told repeatedly that they had submitted everything needed but heard the complete opposite from my insurance company. The last time I spoke to the medical assistant, she was extremely rude to me and hung up without even saying goodbye. Ive worked in healthcare for 20 years now, and I would never treat my patients that way. I went to my primary care physician a week ago and I am already approved for the medication that I need through him. I called back this morning to let them know that I did not know what he did different, but that they may want to check And see if theres a different way they need to be wording things so that their patients can get the medication they need. I also at That time told them to take me off of their schedule that I would not be returning. Again, Dr. Berner is fantastic. However, the office staff needs some fine-tuning.
