        He harassed me on Christmas Eve night a few years ago about getting off my stepfathers policy when he did not have ALL THE FACTS... He is completely unprofessional... BEWARE!!! A true Good Old Boy......

        I have received a horrible service from Jim Pope few years ago when a drunk driver hit me from behind. According to Allstate estimate done via phone it was assumed that it was my fault despite that judge in the court said otherwise. I have called Mr Pope and he did not support me and it was not willing to make an effort to resolve the situation. It seems that he's only interested in getting his payments on time. Immediately we switched our service to State Farm and are very happy.

      I apologize on Allstate's behalf if someone from another office spoke to you in an unprofessional manner. That call did not come from our office, we were not even open on Christmas Eve but if I can be of any assistance, please reach out to me directly. Also the agent you had at that time has been retired for many years. This is the second generation that is now the agent. Thanks
