Very unprofessional!! Never buy a Samsung Dryer only works two years. Please get warranty absolutely horrible. What dry last two years?

Can't imagine shopping there again after nightmare appliance situation. They delivered a defective refrigerator, left it as a loaner, said I would be contacted for replacement. Just to cover all bases I called within half an hour of the delivery. After a few days and no one contacting me I call back and they say the delivery person never put in the notes they should have. 50 minutes on the phone and they finally figured it out and said that someone will contact me within the next day. Several days later I have to call back again and another 50 minutes on the phone because there are yet again zero notes in the system. At this point they claim I'm stuck with it and have to deal with the warranty! And this is with my phone records of the calls and pictures of the loaner paperwork etc. Took a few weeks for someone to finally correct the situation (they were great thus 2 stars). By then the refrigerator is on backorder and I had to wait like another 6 weeks. It's finally here. Only got a quick 'sorry that happened' for all the headache. Fingers crossed I never have to do anything with HD again.

Do not come here if you want a washer and dryer. Yesterday (3-30-24) around 1130 I went in to buy a washer and dryer. Looked around and didn't see any dryers. The EXTREMELY rude associate said they don't carry dryers, they have to be ordered. Ok. Well I'd like this washer with a dryer and I need it delivered and installed. She said they do not install appliances. I said since when and she informed me it was just their policy. Alright delivered then. She then went on to tell me that deliveries are twice a month and the next delivery wouldn't be till April 12th, and that most likely it wouldn't be then it would be the 26th. Ummm..... Seriously? She said yes and that's if we have them in stock which most aren't. So I'm looking at what then, early May? She said or later. Absolutely unbelievable. Will be closing my home de account and shopping elsewhere permanently!
