STOP! I strongly suggest you do not use Randall Collins and Bully Construction! One day after signing a contact I requested it to be canceled, requested references, and the return of my deposit. Its been almost 3 weeks, Randall wont return my deposit, wont provide references, and says he will call but never does. He has no reason not to return our deposit, no work has been done and no materials purchased.
Read his recent reviews, also look up Bullie Contracting (slight difference in spelling) and youll see reviews on Randall. Please take the time to research information on him and his business.

This person contacted us several times, after providing blue prints and a Bid, they accepted the Bid and wanted to move forward.The contract and paperwork was sent to them in advance before meeting. A meeting was set at their residence to sign the paperwork sent to them. The paperwork was signed by them, they agreed to the terms in the contract, including the Non Refundable Deposit terms. The customer contacted us a day after this requesting a refund of the Non Refundable Deposit. We are sorry they had a change of heart, but it is a Non Refundable Deposit, it's highlighted in Uppercase Letters on the Contract, extremely easy to see.Our Non Refundable policy is no different than a wedding photographer, you agree to terms and sign the paperwork, you agree to the Non Refundable Deposit policy regardless if you have a wedding or not.Again we are sorry he changed his mind and wish him the best!

FINALLY a contractor that does what he says he will do, no surprises. You came in under our budget!!! Thank you, for doing an outstanding job, even better than we expected. You and your team showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. Your team was professional and respectful of us, and our children when present.
The extra handrail you added, for little hands, is a really nice UNEXPECTED touch!
We have had several gatherings on our deck with no worries. The quality is outstanding, clean and sanded smooth on all edges. We are so proud of the work y'all have done for us. AMAZING JOB, we will definitely call you for our next project... Again, Thank You!!!

I highly recommend Randall and his crew. They are a pleasure to have in your home. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. Their quality of work is top notch and they leave the space clean and beautiful. I would say that Bully Construction is your best choice in any home project that you are considering.
