Update to previous post: since previous post, things have improved. Not sure if the upstairs neighbors left or adjustments were made but peace has been restored. Management is also keeping up on trash. All around pleased. Good job guys, please keep it up! When we first moved in the complex was clean, gym was in working order, neighbors were quiet. Idk if its new management or what but this place just isnt what it was. Trash is always piled up bc the tenants here just throw it near the dumpster bc theyre too lazy to walk it to the compactor when it is working. Theres no noise control so people above me have no respect or care about people below or surrounding them. Slackers above me are so loud for so long the popcorn ceiling falls on the floor nightly. Office doesnt care even though Ive shown videos, hell I would move units to make it easier. Idc. Just want to live in my little world, not be subjected to someone elses misery and have to listen to it in my own living room. Hot water only lasts for about 5 minutes. It has just sucked. Maybe they need to up their screening game for future applicants? Not even sure if its management thats at fault, maybe nobody listens to them either. Either way, consider your options. Im here waiting for the lease to run out, not really how you want to live. But gotta do what you gotta do.

Own my experience this location very nice and your management good service but one problem monthly rent Date be changed 1st to 3rd so better 1st to 5th please my request otherwise everything is very good for your management work thanks

Tenant of 2yrs. Under the more recent management changes, I foresee good things ahead. The grounds landscaping needs are tended to, maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, I can see change happening, thats a great start. Disposal of trash is an issue, I feel tenants should be penalized for the litter and dog poo left all around the complex. Overall its good, communication could be better when dealing with more complex tenant matters such as lease renewals etc. Ill likely stay a bit longer if theyre able to meet my rental needs as far as space and costs.
