My Multiport failed and within three hours Cline Pools had it replaced. Justin and Zack did a great job of delivery and installation. Couldnt ask for better service. 10/10!!!

I have been searching for a good pool repair company. Instead, I found a great one! My pump was turning off even though it was scheduled to be on. Zac from Cline Pools came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts needed. Then, two days later he drove to Kennesaw, picked up the parts, drove to my home in Cartersville and installed them. His first visit took less than 15 minutes. His second and last visit took less than 30. If you value expertise, efficiency, dealing with super nice people and getting the right job done right, use Cline Pools. You'll be glad you did.

We know nothing about a pool. So we went local to have water tested and buy supplies needed. We received a new brand salt system that Clines was going with and it was new to them as well. When the system gave a check salt reading , they checked the water and said it was okay. Yet couldnt explain why it displayed check salt. So we didnt use them our 1st year last year. We were on our own. We thought they didnt care and so we wouldnt use them. This month our salt system displayed no flow and we ran our pump in plugged from salt system and did everything Clines suggested. They sent the technician out and he replaced with a new unit. This occurred within 1 week and the owner was accommodating all through the process. I feel really bad for jumping to conclusions, that they didnt care. They do and Im so thankful to be able to let them test my water instead of me. It is time consuming to keep chemicals balanced and order them off line. Now I can go have water checked and get chemicals there when needed. The salt system is wonderful and usually just needs ph adjusted.
