My order was delivered on 9/2/2022; It was missing an item. I have contacted the company (too many times to count). NO RESPONSE!

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY MY ORDER, WHICH ARRIVED IN ONE PACKAGE AND NOT IN FOUR INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES COST ME $44.99 IN SHIPPING? I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IT DID COST THAT MUCH TO SHIP ONE PACKAGE. ALSO, THIS ORDER WAS PLACED APRIL 16, 2022 FOR MOTHER'S DAY (MAY 8, 2022), I RECEIVED IT ON MAY 31st, 2022. I ENDED UP SCRAMBLING TO GIVE OUT A DIFFERENT GIFT TO EACH OF MY DAUGHTERS... I ENJOY PURCHASING FROM STEEL ROOTS YET THIS CURRENT ORDER LEAVES ME TO WONDER IF I SHOULD CONTINUE? I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FEELING "RIPPED OFF."

I ordered 2 personalized foot signs for Christmas in early November and was told there was a 4-5 week turnaround, so I thought it would be fine, but come 2 weeks before Christmas and the gifts still not arriving, I started emailing the company to get a status. It took several days to get a response and the response only said We are trying it best to get the orders out before Christmas but they couldnt guarantee anything, so I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They told me they only take cancellations within 48 hours but would send out my order as soon as they could. I got this run around for over 2 months, then finally received in mid February. Extremely disappointed!!

I purchased 2 custom made items which arrived faster than I expected! The attention to detail and the quality of both items far exceeded my expectations! I will be ordering more items in the future
