When I first contacted Marshall Bailey he told me rent is $155 a week, All utilities included. I just got off the phone with him & his tune changed, now it's $165 a week except the particular Apt I wanted is $675 a month with Only water included. He said he just spent $1500 on carpet & linoleum. That Apt is TINY; I worked in construction for 15 years & know it didn't cost that much. He simply didn't want to rent to me because I am an independent contractor for GrubHub. Beware of this realtor, he is a liar!

They don't fix heat in their properties. Highs in the low 30s and they have known heat hasn't worked for a few weeks yet they won't do anything.

I have been calling for several days about a few rental house in the paper no one has answered or returned my phone call. Just want an application to 1 maybe if possible.
