This was the best EVER Loan process my husband I went through. Great Service, Knowledgeable, Helpful and friendly. My husband I were on the West Coast and purchasing a home in Georgia. Highly recommend! Pam is extremely knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and quick! I was intimidated by the whole idea of refinancing (due to misinformation from family/friends), so working with Pam and Amanda was seamless and much easier than expected. Pam was great about laying out the numbers for me and took the time to explain anything I didn't understand. I will recommend Pam to everyone I know, because this was super simple. I couldn't be more pleased.
