I love this place: I arrived with tension headaches, migraines, pain in my joints and pain therapies. They have helped me a lot. The staff is very attentive and caring and what to say about Mr. Diego is that he helped me so much: I definitely recommend this place. I had purchased a package of 10 visits and was not made aware that they expired. I had used 2 of those visits for a massage and the experience was not great as the last therapist had only been doing it for 3 months and it showed. Since this was the way my only two visits had gone I thought let me schedule a facial and see how that goes, when the owner calls me a week later after I had reached out and states to make my remaining visits active I will need to pay 160.00 more dollars up front to receive what I have already paid for. Now tell me how does my visits expire because I would like to know myself. Needless to say I will not be going back why would I give them 160 more dollars when I have not been satisfied with their service this far. I would think as a business owner he would want me to use what I have already paid for and furthermore try to impress me with what they could do so I would return. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
