Disappointed with this company. The first reason was because the floor sample they mailed us did not match what we got. The sample was much lighter than the actual carpet. I still accepted the color just because I wanted carpet installed asap so that we could finally move back into our bedroom. The second reason Im disappointed was because we had to air out our master bedroom for 3 weeks everyday for several hours until the strong smell of new carpet went away. This carpet is suppose to be low VOC but I really doubt it is. The third reason Im disappointed was because we tried to make a warranty claim about the smell of fumes and I wanted to get my new carpet shampooed as a way to get rid of the strong VOC smell. After many phone calls, no one followed up from with us and Mohawk didnt want to help us directly. We did at one point have a vendor rep come out after two weeks and he agreed and said the smell was strong. But no solution happened afterwards. It would have been nice if we could have gotten a discount for the excessive electric bill we had from running that AC with the exterior doors open.

Checked in at 4 pm Still waiting at bay door a 6 am? They had time for a pizza party but couldn't load my trailer? They closed up and all went home leaving a few of us drivers still waiting? They don't deserve 1 star!

Was sold on these floors to be low maintenance. Quite the opposite. I have to source proprietary cleaning spray from Amazon, because no one else carries it. Not the people who sell you the floors. Btw if you use anything else, youve voided your warranty. The spray is $27 after tax and its a fairly small bottle when your home has over 2000sq ft of it in it. Oh and thats if Amazon or one of its vendors has it. The one local company that does order it, told me its on back order They tell you the hardwood holds up to pets because of the technology of the sealant, completely false. Go back to the drawing board guys, or educate your retailers. I have had to have multiple boards replaced because their packaging is horrendous and more than half of the box had destroyed corners.
