    Wished I could say something better. All the money I have left in this world was used to purchase this house. With a hefty earnest money amount of 15,000 and some change, I was told I would get my earnest money back. Noel Bird had told me this. I have text messages and emails saying this. At closing, and newly divorced, I trusted him. I would not get back my earnest money. I was horrified!!! After that, my closing with Costner law firm was almost 4 hours long. The paralegal Brandy did not have all of my paperwork to sign. When she told me she would go next door and check her computer and see if the paperwork had been sent yet, she actually had enough nerve to leave me on the model home as she sat in the sales office doing another closing!!! After at least 1 hour, I walked over and found her doing the closing. Her comment was, we dont have all of your paperwork yet. Well, why would you not communicate that to your customer with the first closing. To top of matters, the street my new house is on isnt even a full street yet. My mom and I were told that the building for our new street would all by completed by the time our closings were ready, It looks like a war zone on my new street. Extreme disappointment doesnt begin to explain what I think about Noel Bird, Brandy, Costner Law and with Cotina White or Santiago for the mishandling of my new loan. Beware!!!! 1/9/2024 I have now been at my new home for a week. I came home to find a hose attached to my faucet outside. I went to the sale office to inform them that my house had been sold and the utilities are now in my name. I have no idea yet if they used my water after I turned them on to in my name. If not, I will be pursuing this issue also. In addition, if you live on Cooper Lane, no one tells you that you have no mail service because the county does not know you exist. Neither does Google Earth. So, my packages that should have arrived at my house are now either at the post office or they had to be returned undelivered. They were Christmas gifts for the special people in my life. Another nightmare to deal with. If you buy a house in this subdivision, please make sure you ask these questions because it will not be made clear to you by them. Now my auxiliary heat is coming on from my heat pump and it is costing me a lot of money daily. I went into the sales office at Ryan Homes and was told I would have to submit a warranty request via their website. It is costing me a lot of extra money daily when I can't get someone in the Ryan Homes sales office to help me. We live in a time where reviews are what help keep others update on what is going on from the people who have dealt with a company. It has to be done and made public. I don't want other people going through what I am going through. This is why I complete reviews. Wouldn't you like to know the truth about something? 2/9/2024 Since I have moved in, I have found other issues that need to be shared. The ecobee thermostat that is in every new house is on a heat pump. I had not had a heat pump yet and didn't understand the way it worked. Richard, from Ryan Homes, has bent over backwards helping me with the unit and making sure the auxiliary pump was only coming on at the most freezing levels. He has not only showed up at my house and adjusted my thermostat but he has also helped me with a warranty issue I have on my new range. Good news is that it is covered under the GE warranty package. When I am at work, Richard contacts the company (GE) and finds out the most current update on the situation. He has gone above and beyond. I am grateful for him. Also, Zachery, who was not assigned to my house and its development, has gone above and beyond. He immediately answered my email regarding the thermostat and warranty issue and put me in contact with the appropriate person, Richard. Zachery is onsite and is available for any questions and concerns. 3/7 Things have finally gotten better. I now get mail delivery. However, I have had to pick it up since 12/31/2023 because it could not be delivered to my house.

I have now been at my new home for a week. I came home to find a hose attached to my faucet outside. I went to the sale office to inform them that my house had been sold and the utilities are now in my name. I have no idea yet if they used my water after I turned them on to in my name.
If not, I will be pursuing this issue also.
