I would not recommend Jeffery clements I paid a retainer for his service then he ignored my calls text and emails for over 2 years asked for a refund of my retainer only received half of my money back

He stole $2,500 from me. So, I paid him the $2,500 retainer for a very simple visitation rights case. The mother was willing to work with us and not prolong the process. The first and only court date for paternity he showed up late and I had to stand in front of the judge alone. Then, after the judge told me and the mother to come up with a plan and have Mr. Clements submit it, Mr. Clements NEVER again contacted me. I called and I emailed over and over. My wife even drove 6 hours to show up at his office where he apologized and promised to finish the case. Nope. Nothing. It's been almost two years now. I hope Mr. Clements enjoys this malpractice lawsuit against my JAG attorney. Seek legal representation elsewhere.
