image I worked with this company for approximately 2 years. There were good things about their service, but they regularly neglected to do some of the services that their full service residential package is supposed to include.
Things like blowing leaves off of all concrete areas in the yard and bringing in the trash can were often left undone even after repeated reminders and assurances that they would be done.

image Be wary about using this company! We hired Sanderscape in April of 2023 and within the first two visits, the crew had begun damaging the siding on our house. We reached out immediately to Justin and over the course of the next 8 months, got strung along with every possible excuse in the book about why they couldn't perform the repairs, or that they were in the process of getting the repairs taken care of. During this time, we were constantly assured by Justin that they were just about to come and do the repairs, but as time went by and silence followed, and more and more damage stacked up, nothing happened. Finally, after literally 8 months and dozens of attempts to get Justin to get someone to fix the damaged siding, we had to begin speaking to our legal council about suing his company. As soon as we did that, he managed to get his contractor out to perform the repairs. By this time, we had damage to every side of the house. We have cameras around our home and caught his crew being extremely reckless while damaging the siding, down spouts and down spout extensions. Justin was a great guy early on, but we realized quickly that he is a fast talking yes man and constantly fed us B.S. throughout the 8 months we desperately tried to get him to fix his company's mistakes. We fired his company the cycle after the repairs were completed because his crew began showing up on days they weren't scheduled, missing half of our yard because our gate was locked, and then refusing to return to complete the job. At this point, we feel they still owe us 1/2 of a visit ($80.00) because they only performed 1/2 of the scheduled work and then refused to return my calls or complete the work. Please be wary of this company. Poor communication, very inattentive crewmembers and B.S. around every corner. Attached are pictures of the damage his crew caused to our home over the 8 months we employed them.

First, to anyone reading this review, I would ask that you please take a moment to look at this customer’s other reviews of local small businesses before you make a decision about our company. I believe doing so might add some context to this testimonial. Additionally, while we respectfully agree to disagree on some of the details of the situation as stated by Mr. Rudny, I would like to address the major components of his complaint. Yes, it did take us some time for our contractor to evaluate the job for repair and be able to source the specific siding you have on your home. The siding itself is not of the standard quality our contractor typically deals with (hence the damage from routine lawn maintenance) and took some effort to obtain. Our company does not have the capabilities to work on vinyl siding so we rely on contractors to perform this service. Unfortunately we had to go through 3 contractors to get the siding repaired. We did stay in touch, however, throughout the process and we took care of the damage because it was the right thing to do, not because you involved legal counsel. This review would be the first thing we’ve heard about anything of that nature. I do remember you saying you were suing your home builder when we first met but that was the last thing you said about “legal counsel”. And yes, schedules do occasionally have to change slightly due to weather, etc.,and we do our best to notify our customers. During the visiting question, we were unable to access your property through your locked back gate. We did send crews back out that afternoon a second time after speaking with you and the back gate was still locked and we were again unable to access the property. We also sent the crew back out the next day and finished the backyard. I’ve tried to reach out as I genuinely had no idea you were so upset about the situation or felt so negatively towards myself or my company. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and do what we can to make things right in regards to your billing situation. I never want a customer to feel as though they did not receive what they’ve paid for or that we in some way took advantage of them. You have my contact info and I welcome a call at your convenience.
