    We paid a large deposit for a job involving pavers, fencing, irrigation and general landscaping. Lauren refuses to answer our emails, texts or phone calls. The job was supposed to be completed in April then beginning of May. Now she is 100% unresponsive. Lauren, we need you to contact us immediately and either return our money, give us the supplies we paid for or complete the job. We lost our house in a massive house fire last summer and this was our rebuild landscaping. Brian and Lauren took advantage of our family and our trust in their professionalism. We are still waiting for them to resolve this situation.

    My parents were trying redo and landscape our back yard, they paid for half of the job and products and then B and L basically became unresponsive. They would basically not even respond to them at all and my mom even went to their house to confront them and Brian basically dodged the question and said he would get it done. No one work has happened still at my parents house and B and L are completely unresponsive. My parents have filed a claim in court, but will prob never end up getting their money. DO NOT use B and L unless you want to potentially lose your money.

    I followed B&L Landscaping on Facebook and was really impressed by their work. I called and left a message that I would like a quote and within 15 mins. I got a call back from Lauren and was told they were working on a job in Lizella and if I wasn't too far away someone could come by and look at my property. Well I didn't hear back from them until that night and was told they would be by the next day. No one ever came. When I tried to reschedule for the upcoming Monday I never got a response to confirm or to even say they couldn't make it. Hi Brian, this is Karen Tobler, I don't have a Google account therefore the review is under my husband's name. After reading your response I thought I may have missed something with the text between me and your wife so as I look at the correspondence now I do see that she and I were in contact for the first time via text on Oct.10 when she said you all would not be able to come by my house because the job you were working on was running late. She asked if I was free the next day for a quote. I said yes and and she said it would be between 4-7pm. I told her I understood and that would not be a problem. I waited at home and didn't hear from her again until 6:59pm the next day. She explained that her daughter had a competition in Perry and if it would be o.k. you would like to come by Monday. I was hesitant because I felt like she knew about the competition before she scheduled that Sunday but nevertheless I asked if Monday at 12:00pm would be o.k. I picked this time because my husband was working a night shift and would have been gone by evening and I wanted him there for the quote also. I did not hear from your wife until 4:00pm on October 12 when she sent a message saying she was on the way. At 4:01pm she sent another text saying, "I'm sorry please disregard." I didn't even have an opportunity to tell her to come or not. It was then when I sent a text telling her that I understand that ya'll are busy but that I had never had such a difficult time getting a quote. I went on to say that since I did not get a confirmation about 12:00pm I assumed you all weren't coming so no I did not want a quote any longer. I never heard anything else about it. My husband I have only been in this house for about 9 months and we are slowly trying to make renovations and upgrades to the house. The outside is in need of some TLC and like I said before I was impressed by what I saw online. I was not impressed by the customer service though. I really don't see where the misunderstanding could have come from. If you go back and read the texts you will see that I was willing to accomodate the changes in appointment times.
