Cook's Carpet Maintenance

Cooks had our carpet smelling amazing!!!! The carpet was super clean and we were educated on our carpet and what the company offers. The cleaner was very friendly and down to earth. We will certainly be using them again especially when we buy a home and while renting still. Very satisfied and it did not take long!!!! Thank you Cooks!

We had a large bonus room that really needed stretching. Previous stretching had not worked well. Cook's used a power stretcher to properly stretch the carpet. They then cleaned the carpet and it looks great now.

It is always one call and taken care of in a timely manner. They always show up at their appointment time and do a GREAT job. We have used them for our home, rental and business. I would not ever call anyone else. Dependable, honest, and reasonably priced.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We hired Eliteness Cleaning to clean our house before we moved in. I told the man it is an older home that has been vacant for several months and it is really dirty. He sent over a check list of everything that would be included in the $450 cleaning fee and we set up an appointment for them to clean our home. The day that they came to clean we had an event to go to and they had us sign the inspection paper before the cleaning was completed and we signed in good faith trusting that they would do the job we hired them to do. They called and said there were some places that they could not get cleaned due to staining and we were okay with that. When we got home and walked through our house we were completely shocked with how little they had cleaned. The floors were still very dirty and had streak marks from where they had moped and shoe prints from where they walked through while it was still wet. The didnt clean the inside of the refrigerator AT ALL. There were dead bugs still inside of it. I sprayed mean green on the floor tile and scrubbed with a scrub brush and the grout immediately came clean, which they claimed they scrubbed on their hands and knees. Same thing with the bathroom floor tile. The stove had residue from the cleaning solution they used and they didnt clean it throughly there was still a lot of grease buildup. There were circular streaks on the windows where they had wiped them. There was a huge pile of dirt in the living room that they had just left there and several other things they failed to clean. I called and spoke with the same man who made the appointment and he only agreed to give me $40 back and talked over me the whole time we were on the phone and told me to leave them alone. Worst experience ever and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy
