Pumpco Septic Services

Pumpco was recommended to me by a local plumber. And he was right, they are the best in the business, honest, and provide great customer service. Theres simply no comparison with other septic companies around here. Pumpco is the 4th septic service I used, and boy do I wish I contacted them sooner.

They said they could move our septic drain field but after paying a deposit to get on schedule they didnt want to come out for 3+ months and then complained about the hill, the soil test and then never responded. This delayed our pool construction with 3+ months. Had another contractor do the work within a week. They did give me the deposit back so Im giving 2 stars.

There's the quick read and there's the long read. The short version is these guys saved me when another company showed up to do a residential pump out, then left without doing a thing. I called Pumpco and they showed up the same day, pumped out the tank and were gone in an hour and a half. The price was 33% less than the last time I had the tank pumped three years ago. Here's the long version: I had arranged with another company to have my residential tank pumped, and I could not take off from work. I had to wait a week for them to send a truck. My wife knew where the tank lids were, but the tech from the other company tried to talk her out of having the job done. He didn't give a reason, and left after walking around the yard for 30 minutes. Their office manager called me to say the tech couldn't find the tank and that I would probably want another company to do the job. I called Pumpco when their name came up on Angi.com. The Pumpco dispatcher got my address, said they could have someone come out the same day and quoted me a price that was reasonable based on my past pump outs. They were there in an hour. Ron and Jorge found the tank lid on the third probe, dug out the minimum size hole needed to access the lids, pumped the tank clean, filled the hole, and were gone in 90 minutes. I appreciated how this firm made a priority of getting the job done after I was ditched by this other company that had taken it's sweet time to schedule me. I was treated with respect and professionalism, and will be using this company when I need to have the tank replaced, as I know it is failing.
