I made an appointment with this company to look at a house. When I showed up for the appointment several days later the landlord was not there, the renters were home and they had no idea there was an appointment to see the house that day. I called the landlord 7-8 times before they finally answered. He said he lived in the subdivision and would be there in a few minutes. The house was very nice. The customer service wasn't so great.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..they are very dishonest !! My family is relocating to GA, and found a house with their company. I first talked with Phyllis about renting a property listed with their company...she referred me to contact Doug (her husband )...he told the house is available and no other apps were in process. So he emailed me a link from Transunion who handles their approval process...I paid $80 (for my wife and I )to have Transunion qualify us for the house...everything was approved... after Doug received word from Transunion all was good, he email to let me know all was good, and just needed VOE, and check with current landlord...once that checked out he said the last thing to do was tour house and make reservation deposit...for that reason my wife and I took off work, drove 5 hours to Atlanta...we met Phyllis at the house to tour...we told Phyllis we wanted to move forward to secure house...she said she would get back with us later that day...Doug email me about an hour later saying they were still processing other apps...after we toured house all of a sudden there are other people looking at house, after Doug told me NO ONE else has followed through on approval process. Being that they are my grandparents age seems like they would have integrity in business...but they DON'T!!!
