This company is very unprofessional and dishonest. The manager refused to give my deposit back even though I had the house deep cleaned by a cleaning company and the carpets steam cleaned. The manager did not visit the property at all during the four years that I lived there. I have rented and owned several properties in the past and I have never been treated this way. The manager is very rude. I am very disappointed in this company.

I was a tenant in one of the houses for three years and four months from Showcase Rental The Positive sides : The online portal was a great tool to use to pay rent or late fees from the last two months of my stay. I could reach someone Professionally if I had a question. The negative sides: I never met the owner to discuss property issues such as the HVAC system, refrigerator, rotten fence on the property, garage door issues. I was told I was responsible for the first $ 300 dollars if I wanted any of those items to be fixed by the property manager. I only met the property manager once and when she did come around, she only was there to ensure the HVAC system bead in correctly. I remember the summer of 2024 I set in a hot house for two weeks after informing the Property Manager about the HVAC system going out. I was told to keep the blinds closed and sleep downstairs. I did not have that much funds to stay in a hotel because I was still told to pay rent. In addition, I asked the Property Manager to help assist me to get someone to fix the garage door so it will open. I had not did anything but I was told thats my issue to fix and I was responsible for anything under $ 300 dollars. I was told to keep Homeowners insurance for $300,000 dollars. I was turned down because a claim that high had already been taken out on 1509 Ridgewood Court. Now the owners want to move back in there home and I have moved out except about six items. The house is in great shape. I have been mandated by the property manager to leave the water on, rental insurance on the house, and utilities on until April 15th. I told her I left the electricity on and thats it. The Property Manager was not happy with me. I do not know what the motive is with this Property Manager. I have a video of the house for my safety. In addition, the Property Manager wants to inspect the house before April 15th and she does not want me to be there. I have an alarm on the house til the final day of April 15th. We agreed this month half months rent to be taken from my $3700 deposit. The fence has broken all the way down by natural disaster and The Property Manager refused to come out and inspect the fence they blew down in February. I have been a loyal tenant and some things were unfairly done. I just pray the owner and Property Manager can end all well with me peacefully and stop initiating me to keep the water on, $300,00 rental property insurance while I am no longer living or sleeping in the home as of April 2nd, 2024z
