John is terrible at communication. His guys showed up at the wrong time, the time they were asked not to show up, when they were given a 7 hour window. They caused chaos, didn't apologize, was non responsive for a while only to finally respond with when can they come back? I advised, we agreed and that was that. Then his guys showed up end of the SAME day, again not matching the agreement that I have IN WRITING. They had to leave only to come back Monday. Yet again though, even after agreeing to call first, they did not according to my call log. They told.their employee they called though. So again, bad info, no follow through, no concern for customer experience, nothing.. No response to texts or calls this morning either when I first woke.up.through now as I was trying to make sure I was ready upon arrival. What great customer service. It is real shame, especially since the guy actually doing the work is a nice guy.
