        One of the beautiful and well maintained Theatre (named Sylvia Beard Theatre) with nice facilities and a park around. The Theatre is clean with great ambiance and well knowledgeable technical staffs (Audio and lighting) . The theatre is small (seems seating capacity is 280) , but very good for small sized shows. The water fountain in the park seems fun for kids and adults. They have Greenroom facility and a small pantry. Pros: Clean / Ambiance of the Venue / Knowledgeable staffs Con: Parking / Size, ie this cannot hold large events inside above 300 people.
