I want to start out by saying Allen and Betsy themselves are fantastic people to work with and very professional in responses. However, our project did have some issues that were not their fault and they were apologetic about the delays. We had our dining room wallpaper attempted to be removed, however due to the age and probably the wallpaper picked, believe it was wallpaper panels which has it's own problems, it was not coming off. This lead to a two day anticipated job to be three days. The trouble was that PM did not notify us on the second day that this would be the case, a call to Allen was clarified in this understanding. The painter doing the work unfortunately did not seem to speak english which cause some other issues as well. These delays lead to a more expensive price than originally quoted, and while I can understand that would have been nice to be informed to find out before the final invoice/receipt was given. There were also some issues in getting things emailed to us, which I will chalk up to some technology being bad/new to the team as indicated to me by Allen they had recent switched over to the system. Overall it was a positive experience and our dining room looks great, and we know how to avoid headaches in the future projects that involve wallpaper in our house, and we look forward to possibly working with Allen and the team when we are looking to have our exterior of our home done which should hopefully have fewer headaches.

Fresh Coat Painters of Buford did a great job for us! They did drywall repair in our great room, painted our front door and front porch iron railing, as well as painting several rooms inside our home. From the free quote and visit by Allen, to the help with picking interior colors by Betsy, to the actual crews and work performed and overseen by Alan, we are so happy with our decision to go with this company. Everyone was professional and courteous and they really do care about doing the best quality job possible. These are good trustworthy folks! We have more interior painting that needs to be done to finish up the entire house and we will not hesitate to call on Betsy & Alan and their team to complete our interior painting. We also have every confidence in the warranty given and rest assured if have an issue or problem, all we have to do is call. Thank you all for a job well done! If you're comparing reviews to select a painting company, I can save you some time and trouble. STOP NOW. The way my town home sits it's the full-view, front and center, when you drive into our community. I used Fresh Coat of Buford to paint the exterior. I feel as if I need to have the best-looking home in the community, and I can honestly say I have the best paint job in the entire complex. I replaced my deck and needed to have it stained to match the community colors. Once again I called on Best Coat and they did their standard wonderful job. With the minor exception of a little overspray that found it's way to a door handle (that came off with a kitchen scrub sponge), the job was perfect - fast, complete, and most importantly done right. AMAZING...this husband and wife team of owners are fantastic! This is our 2nd time using Freshcoat Painters, they do not disappoint.
