I honestly don't think I have the words to fully describe just how wonderful working with Katrina was. We initially went with a large bank that kept stringing us along and eventually told us they could not fund our loan. At the advice of our realtor, we submitted an application with Katrina and Silverton. We honestly were not expecting much since at that point we didn't really trust anyone in the mortgage process but as soon as I got on the phone with her I knew things would be different. She made me feel instantly at ease, gave me everything I needed to know, and got right to work on our file. She was constantly in contact with us and if we ever needed her we could expect an email response within a few hours. Not only did she keep us in the loop on everything going on, but she also managed to keep us at our original closing date, which was only three weeks after we first submitted our application with her.
A month or so after closing we had a homeowners insurance payment issue. My first call was to Katrina because I knew she would likely have the answer, or if not, she would get it asap. And of course, she did help us out once again to get everything in order.
I cannot recommend Katrina Lucisano more highly or convey just how pleased we are with this whole experience. If you are looking for a great teammate during a very stressful process, look no further. I will be singing her praises to everyone I know looking for a home and if we move again we will absolutely be utilizing her services.
