Emily did an amazing job selling our rental house! She had professional photos taken immediately which truly showcased the property. She held an open house and found the buyer. She continued to answer questions and support the buyer however she could even though they had a buyers agent. Her objective was to close the house and make all parties as happy as possible and she did all of that that in less than a month. We highly recommend Emily and her team!

Emily and Sammy were absolutely fantastic. We had a complicated situation, where we needed to buy a house and alsonsellnour house in a short time frame. They helped us to both buy and sell in record time, prociding hard work, excellent advice, and great communication. They went above and beyond in several areas doing lots of extra work that was not required or expected. We did run into one big problem with our mortgage agent. While not their responsibility, they helped us through this difficult issue, being very valuable by helping us find a place to put our stuff, and equally by bring understand and empathetic. Thus, I can say they are great when things are going smoothly, and also when things are challenging. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home.

These were skillfully handled with knowledge, patience and efficiency! My lack of technology skills required the most patience!
