We learned about Joanna from our son and daughter-in-law, where she had helped them through two home sales over the last few years. When we were ready to sell our house, she was the only one we considered. We now personally know why they were so fanatical about Joanna. There should be a way to give her more than five stars. At our initial meeting, she laid out the entire process, helped us set a reasonable timetable, and made sure we understood our responsibilities. At the right time, the photographer came and we were on the market a couple of days later. We had about 15 showings over 5 days, and received four offers, at and above asking price. Joanna guided us to the best offer and negotiated it to closing. She is a very classy lady, and it was our extreme pleasure to work with her. She is a superstar!
